Delemar's Die Shop produces 3000 Dies annually, supporting the pressing process by crafting aluminum profiles' shapes. Equipped with wire cutting machines, spark engraving, CNC fraise machines, and manual fraise, our Die Shop utilizes cutting-edge global technologies to ensure precision and accuracy in Die manufacturing.

Delemar realises that the quality of the molds is the basis for obtaining aluminium profiles with the highest efficiency and accuracy, so it provides an integrated mold factory capable of producing about 3000 molds annually and the diameter of the mold reaches 560mm and we rely on the latest technology to manufacture the molds used in the aluminium extrusion process
We rely on the latest international equipment and machines to form molds such as:

* CNC milling machines: for manufacturing and forming molds with high precision
♦️ Spark Erosion machines: to adjust Bearing sizes with high precision
♦️ Wire cut machines: to form profiles with the highest degree of precision and ensure surface smoothness
