Eng. Mahmoud Haroun is a distinguished leader in the aluminium industry, known for his strategic vision, technical expertise, and relentless pursuit of excellence. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 6th of October University (Class of 2006), he has built a career defined by innovation and industry leadership.

His journey began in 2005 when he took on the role of Managing Director at Maaden emirates (UAE) Company for aluminium. After three years of honing his expertise in the field, he embarked on an entrepreneurial path, establishing DELEMAR Industrial Group since (2008). Under his leadership, Delemar has evolved into a powerhouse in the aluminium sector, undergoing a transformative rebranding that positioned it as a key player in both local and international markets.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in aluminium extrusion, Eng. Mahmoud Haroun has consistently set new benchmarks for quality, efficiency, and market expansion. His success is marked by groundbreaking achievements that have reinforced his reputation as a visionary leader, driving Delemar Industrial Group to the forefront of the Global aluminium and Glass Industries.

Khaled Rasmy joined DELEMAR Industrial Group in 2022 as the Chief Development Officer, bringing a wealth of expertise in business development, marketing, governance, and compliance.

In his current role, he leads the group’s development and marketing strategies, driving business growth and expansion across Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa. His leadership focuses on market innovation, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the aluminum and glass industries.

Beyond his executive role, Khaled has been actively involved in corporate governance and compliance, contributing to the sustainable growth and ethical operations of the organizations he serves. He has also leveraged his expertise by serving on multiple company boards, both as an owner and founder, as well as in an advisory capacity, providing strategic insights and leadership guidance.

Alaa Salama serves as the Commercial Director. He has more than 30 years experience working in Sales and Marketing. He joined the company in 2023. he is managing the sales team regionally

Alaa holds a Bachelor degree of communication & Electronics Engineering from Helwan university

Before Joining DELEMEAR Alaa worked as Regional sales & marketing Director with Alupco for more than 10 years , he has promoted Alupco’s presence throughout the area Africa and Europe

Out of 30+ years of his collective experience in the sales and marketing field in middle east and Africa, Alaa has 19+ years experience as a General Commercial manager, Export sales manager in ALUMISR

Alaa has an accumulated experience through his long years of experience and exposure to various markets around the world in the field of Aluminum since 1989

Ingy joined DELEMAR in 2022 until now as a Group HR Director handling Group HR functions and projects. Promotes and implements HR values by planning and managing HR programs and directing staff

Holding a Masters Degree in International Business Administration (MIBA) from ESLSCA University in 2013, a BSc. of Mass Communication from Cairo University in 2001. As well as She has an HR Diploma from American University in Cairo in 2006

Ingy works on developing organization strategies by identifying and researching HR issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction, establishing HR objectives in line with organizational objectives

Over the years she has collected an extensive knowledge with 23 years of experience in the field of HR in various leading organizations, starting with TEDATA, Xerox Egypt, Raya Group and finally in Metra Group

The scope of her expertise included working across various HR functions including Talent acquisition, Organizational Development, people development, Learning, Training and Compensation & Benefits.

Ehab ElKholy is an accomplished finance director with over than twenty four years of experience with comprehensive knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis

Ehab Joined DELEMAR Industrial group in March 2024 as finance Director. He plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization’s financial strategy and ensuring robust financial health

He earned a BSc. In commerce from Ain Shams University. Throughout his career, Ehab has successfully led various financial initiatives, including . He has proven track record of optimizing financial performance, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiencies

Ehab has expert knowledge of budgeting preparations, proficient in applying IFRS principles to auditing engagements and management reports. With exposure to a number of business sectors including manufacturing, trading, retail, after sales, franchise working with a different ownership structure in a different countries

In addition to his technical expertise, Ehab is known for his strong leadership skills and ability to foster cross-departmental collaboration. He is dedicated to mentoring emerging finance professionals and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within DELEMAR Industrial group.

Justin Gamage have been in the Aluminum Extrusion Industry for 28 years, working with global leaders around the world, I moved to Egypt with my family during 2024 and we are enjoying the new lifestyle and the great culture

Justin’s position as General manager for the Extrusion and Painting departments here at Delemar group will be to establish the team and process to the standards of the KPI’s that we establish, with a clear focus on Safety, quality, delivery, cost and People

His role at Delemar as a leader to establish best practices and training to the operational teams, to lead from the front and help to address critical needs in our process, to bring new ideas and also listen to the people, together to discover the capabilities we have and establish a path to achieve the goals that we set ourselves, improvement is key and should be at the front of our minds to move what is already a leading facility to even higher levels

The future for the Delemar group is in my opinion fruitful we should see ourselves as the benchmark in Egypt and further afield, the options for investment within the factory are endless, to invest in our people and our equipment with the right focus on bringing added value to the supply of aluminium extrusion for the local and export clients.

Abdel Rahman has been promoted to factory manager – Powder coating segment in 2022, he already joined DELEMAR in 2017 as quality control manager for the labs and specifications

He is handling the powder coating segment in DELEMAR Industrial group, managing all the functions and he is responsible for the lab and specifications.

Abdel Rahman is the member of the QMEA Board of Qualicoat in the region of Egypt

Abdel Rahman is holding a bachelor degree in chemistry and zoology from Faculty of science, Menufiya University in 2013.

Heba is an accomplished procurement manager with over than 15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation. With a strong background in manufacturing, technology industries. She has a proven track record of optimizing supply chains and achieving significant cost savings for organizations

Beginning her career as a Sourcing Engineer at a chemical trading company. Over the years, she advanced through various roles, including Foreign Procurement Engineer, Sales, Logistics, and now Group Procurement Manager at DELEMAR Industrial Group.

She is graduated from Cairo University, chemical engineering class of 2009. passionate about sustainability and ethical sourcing, actively seeks to implement practices that not only benefit the bottom line but also promote social responsibility

In current role at DELEMAR Industrial Group, Heba leads a team of procurement specialists, overseeing a huge traffic of business negotiations and managing relationships with key vendors, she is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the procurement function.

General Mahmoud Elkholy joined DELEMAR Industrial Group in March 2023. He is graduated from police academy year 1986

The General has worked in the fields of project management, administrative affairs, and operations

He completed training courses in the Security Command Unit, Facilities Guarding, the Administration Unit, and the Senior Management Unit

The General has a wide experience and comprehensive knowledge of in the security, facilities and administration fields

He worked in the Central Security Sector in Giza and the Central Security Sector in Upper Egypt. Moreover, He received numerous honors from Interior Minister Habib El-Adly over the years of his career.

With a passion for public service and a proven track record in governmental affairs , General Mahmoud continues to make significant contributions to DELEMAR Industrial group and the communities they serve.

Dina joined DELEMAR in 2023 until now as a Export deputy manager. Dina is managing export sales exploring new markets, keep relations with existing customers, coordination of exhibitions outside Egypt

Dina has more than 11+ years of experience in the export field of Aluminum, she holds many positions in the same field. She worked at Alupco as Export sales support for Europe & north Arfrica , also she worked as Senior export sales consultant at SCHUCO Egypt

Dina is professional French speaker , she is holding a DUFTA Diplome Universitaire Traduction, she participated to international model of European union at the faculty of Economics and political science

Dina is holding a Bachelor degree of literature and translation- French section from Alsun university.

Mahmoud sobhy joined DELEMAR Industrial Group in October 2023. He is an experienced industrial operations an management with over 18 years of experience in manufacturing

His experience and comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and process optimizing, he has played a key role in enhancing operations efficiency and implementing quality standards

Also he is a member of the national quality center, he is actively involved in promoting best practices in the field,

His experience spans manufacturing, process improvement, supply chain optimizing, and strategic management, working across various business structures and industries. His background in lean six sigma and quality assurance systems allow him to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence

Waleed joined DELEMAR as a group project manager. He has more than 12+ years experience working in Sales and Marketing. He joined the company in 2022

He is handling the sales activities and keep relations with existing customers and follow up on the projects

Before Joining DELEMEAR Waleed held several positions at ADHOK and ALUADAMS as marketing and research , sales and project management

Waleed holds a Bachelor degree of commerce & business management from Ain Shams university

• Wael joined DELEMAR as a group Sales & Specifications Manager. He has more than 18+ years experience working in Sales and Marketing. He joined the company in 2023.

• Before Joining DELEMEAR Wael held several positions at Canex and Fedex as marketing and sales positions.
• Wael is an ambitious and sophisticated caliber who has the ability to learn and develop.
• Wael holds a Bachelor degree of commerce & Finance from Cairo university.

• Eslam joined DELEMAR as a group Quality manager. He has more than 12+ years experience working in quality engineering. He joined the company in 2023.
• He is handling the quality control and the quality assurance and evaluating the overall plant product quality by conducting and evaluating various product test in order to ensure the quality level across the group.
• Over many years he has collected a solid knowledge with more than 12 years of experience in the field of quality control and assurance in various leading organizations MB Group, Universal and TM for furnishings and Uniforms.
• Eslam is holding a bachelor degree of quality control, technological development from the specialized Studies academy, he holds a lean six sigma green belt certificate, balanced scorecards certificate SAP s/4hana MM Module -SOLX.

Ahmed joined DELEMAR in 2013, bringing over 12 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing. His responsibilities encompass managing sales activities and cultivating strong relationships with existing clients. Prior to DELEMAR, Ahmed held key marketing and sales management roles at esteemed establishments including Ramada Hotel, Royal Plaza, and Cataract. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Business Management from Cairo University and has a proven track record of driving success within the sales sector.
